Services We Offer

The Fifteen™ operates invite-only, cohort-based membership programs for startup founders:

Each cohort is capped at 15 founders and meets monthly in person. Membership includes access to monthly peer sessions, the founder network, and associated events (e.g. curated founder trips, delegations, and partner sessions) as communicated at the time of enrollment.

Pricing: Membership fees vary by cohort and are shared directly with prospective members during the invite/application process.

Membership is by invitation and/or application; not all applicants are guaranteed acceptance.

Terms & Conditions

3.1

EligibilityMembership is open to founders meeting the eligibility criteria for the relevant cohort, subject to review and approval by The Fifteen™.

3.2

PaymentMembership fees are payable annually, upfront, via the payment methods made available on this site (processed securely via Razorpay). All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

3.3

Membership TermMembership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3.4

ConductMembers are expected to engage in good faith with the cohort community. The Fifteen™ reserves the right to revoke membership, without refund, in cases of misconduct, misrepresentation of eligibility, or breach of these terms.

3.5

Changes to ServicesThe Fifteen™ may update cohort formats, schedules, or benefits from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members.

3.6

Limitation of LiabilityThe Fifteen™ facilitates introductions, peer sessions, and events in good faith but is not liable for the outcomes of business decisions, investments, or relationships formed through membership.

Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and cohort access/onboarding has begun.
• If a payment is made in error or a transaction fails but funds are deducted, please contact us at fullsupport@the-15.com within 7 days. Verified failed-transaction refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.
• If The Fifteen™ is unable to admit an applicant into a cohort after payment (e.g. cohort full, eligibility not met post-review), a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days of that determination.
• Cancellations initiated by the member after cohort access has been granted are not eligible for a refund, in part or in full.

Privacy Policy

5.1

InformationWe collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, company details, payment information (processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card/bank details) — and limited technical data (e.g. browser type, pages visited) via standard website analytics.

5.2

How We Use ItWe use your information to process membership applications and payments, communicate about cohort activities and events, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5.3

Data SharingWe may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. Razorpay for payments) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver our services. These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5.4

Data SecurityWe use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; The Fifteen™ does not store your card or bank account details.
